Shelly,
I have been enjoying your blog and appreciate your steadfastness. Keep going. I too have a super wonderful son in the Navy who is in Pensacola. He joined over 3 years ago and of course we are proud of him and miss him. Like the cartoon he is “Auggie, my son, my son” and I am his “Doggie Dad_.
Last week I published a children’s e-book in Amazon.com and the name is My MIracle Pony. You might want to check it out. My six year-old granddaughter loves it. I confess that I cried when I wrote it. I am a proud grandpa.
Anyway, the Lord has been performing small miracles throughout my life. I do not have to remind him the He has always done me good, but I keep telling it to Him just the same.
Your gratitude for life shows.
He is proud of you!!!!!

I am so excited for him; he loves it, and I am crazy proud. Absolutely I will check out your book, thank you for sharing it with me. And, thank you much for reading my words here in this space; I am hugely grateful! Have a beautiful Advent Season!
